2.4 g: Psyllium husk, Triphala (fruits of Belleric Myrobalan, Amla, and Chebulic Myrobalan), Flax Seed (partially defatted to prevent rancidity), Guar gum, Oat bran, Wild Yam Root, Anise Seed, Stevia Leaf, Green Citrus Peel, Ginger Root, and Natural Licorice Root flavor.Suggested Use:
1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 level teaspoon of Tri-Cleanse into an 8 oz glass of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water. Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water. For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care professional. To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals.Warnings:
